1. Digital Product Policy



Vehicle history reports are digital products delivered instantly after purchase.
Because of this, all completed orders are final and non-refundable once a report has been generated.



Refunds may only be considered if:



A duplicate payment was made, or



Our system failed to deliver the report due to a verified technical issue.



2. VIN Accuracy Responsibility



Customers are fully responsible for entering a correct and valid Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).



Reports generated from incorrect or invalid VINs are not eligible for refunds.



We strongly recommend verifying the VIN before purchase using an official VIN validation tool.



3. Report Delivery & Access



Reports are generated from trusted U.S.-based data sources.



Canadian VINs may be processed; however, reports follow U.S. reporting standards.



Customers must download and save their reports after purchase. We do not guarantee permanent storage.



4. Pricing & Payments



Prices may change at any time without prior notice.



Payment processors may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These fees are outside our control.



There is no limit to the number of reports you may purchase.



5. Disputes & Misuse



If you experience an issue, please contact our support team first.



Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes without contacting support, or fraudulent activity may result in permanent suspension of access to our services.
